|Recommended: YesNew Tenant — I've been here 30 days now and I am really happy. Parking availability is not good and it cost extra a month to reserve a spot. It is a very quiet neighborhood but not sure if it's because of current shelter-in-place. Grounds are not as tidy for paying extra fees for it. The garbage is often left outside the dumpster, planters have garbage floating around and there are items dumped around the parking lot grass areas. Residents are at fault for the debris and garbage not making it into dumpsters and fines should be given for violators if I have to pay extra fees. The construction and layout of the unit is beautiful. All the appliances are new, new carpets, very clean. Maintenance staff responded quickly the day I moved in to a loose toilet. Property staff was friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. I hope I live here for many years.

|Recommended: NoNeeds. Work — Overall its OK as long as you don't have to contact the rental office and pay tour renr you should be fine. In the case you do have to call management good luck. They never know what's going on with anything and if you have a question about something in - maintenance or questions you have about your statement, or what's going on in the community they are clueless. You have to wait a week for someone to get back to you for them to tell they don't know. Its frustrating.

|Recommended: YesThe Perfect Place For The Middle Class. — Great diverse community where families has respect and admiration for each other. A great place where the working class can still appreciate calling home.
|Recommended: NoAn Unfortunate Disappointment.... — The apartment complex features a nice landscape, play area and maintained green space. The units themselves are in decent condition with central air. However, there are constant problems with the units that may be due to poor maintenance or poor original construction. Specifically-the fixtures Bathroom and kitchen are poor made and installed and will not last for your length of stay. Many windows lack screens and as the park and river are in close proximity it invites a lot of bugs in the area. The central air has broken twice with the AC out of service , of note, this occurred during the hottest time of the year.
These problems are further compounded by the response of the management and maintenance staff- they do make a concerted effort to respond, HOWEVER, the problem is generally not fixed. It may be alleviated for a short time, but rarely a complete fix.
I have lived in a similar complex near here and did not encounter this many problems. My advice, if you are planning to rent- look at the google reviews of this location and speak to other tenants before signing a lease.
