Yes, i would recommend this as a GREAT community to live in. The apartment is well maintained, and roomy.

There’s a lot of people who don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s annoying for everyone else who does or who don’t have pets at all. Parking is limited after 8 30pm.... we were told the carpet would be replaced when we moved in, it wasn’t and smelled the whole apartment shortly after moving in. Silvia helped us get it replaced within a timely manner. Any issues we’ve had have been addressed resolved. Overall it’s a decent place to live.

The money being spent on rent vs front office isn’t really worth it. On top of the towing of residents cars which is just another way they will take money from you.

submitted by Gustavo M. - |Recommended: NoNeeds Better Maintenance,Appearance,And Parking Availability — It is a constant headache trying to deal with reserved parking and normal parking and utilities, specially water, are impossible to find out your usage since it seems that you pay a share of the entire building's usage instead of what you really use.

submitted by Martha - |Recommended: NoDon’t move in to this townhome they don’t fix things when you need them fix. They don’t keep up with the landscape. They is garbage everywhere. Dog poop is never picked up by who ever has dogs. The manager here dose not know how to treat people. They are also shutting the water out. Over all it’s not a good place to live.

But not here, The type of people and the misleading of management along with the countless lies management tells you, how could you ever dream about living here. Back in March water pipes burst all around within the complex, leaving tenants with no water for days and weeks. Do you think management offer their tenants cases of water for their inconvenience, No. Do you think our water bill showed some type of adjustment for no water No. People was left with no water for days, and they cared like a lion would care if you were hyena. This place has no regard for their tenants. Stay away don't even bother. Now if you want to sell drugs and hang out all night and disturb people and hang out in the parking lot and cause mischief. Highcrest Townhomes is the place for you. The most embarrassing place you would ever lived in Woodridge. not enough characters to finish telling the truth.

I have lived in a couple other places in Woodridge and I would not trade this place at all. Pricing is reasonable and parking is ample. My family and I are very content living here. although we are still waiting for the construction of a club house. I am a happy renter. Kat is the BEST She has always kept her word and gone above and beyond
