Occasionally, you can hear the neighbors depending on what they're doing, but that will happen at any apartment complex. The noise has never gone late or bothered me late at night. Everything else seems pretty solid. I haven't had to call the maintenance crew yet or had much interaction with management after moving in moved in in August 2019 . Applying, getting approved, and getting all the payments squared away before the move-in date was a struggle, mostly on their end, especially coming from out-of-state, but now that I'm hear it's been a good first apartment and complex for my living in Florida.
