She addressed any concerns promptly and was always willing to help. The swimming pool could use a cleaning and some residents leave their garbage on the grass but maintenance seems to clean that up. Overall, I enjoy living here very much.

submitted by Eric B. - |Recommended: YesCan Be Better, But Not Bad. — everything is good except I'm getting a little tired of smelling marijuana when I come home and when I'm outside, its becoming a daily situation I don't know what unit its coming from,There is no need for me or any other tenant to be subjected to it, also on several occasions small groups meet in the Cheeky Hut to smoke pot.

And after, I didn’t find any at all. I wish they would upgrade appliances, but overall the neighbors are friendly and parking is always available

This apartment gives their occupants nothing but problems. It’s always dirty. The trash builds up in the dumpsters and stinks. They are WAYY over priced for the type of apartments that they are. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND renting here. You can find so much better for less.
