|Recommended: NoDon’t Recommend — This property is very strict , they never answer the phone. I’m being charged for something that I don’t have at the moment. Communication between the office and tenants are terrible. Staff is rude. I would not recommend living here.

Maintenance typically comes the same day. I've been here 5 years, so I don't have a renovated unit, and I'm ok with that white appliances, all white cabinets, etc. .
I live near the front so I can only speak for this area . There once were some loud, obnoxious neighbors but they didn't stay very long, otherwise it's pretty quiet. I DO NOT experience the roach issue inside my apt that I've read in reviews they could be in an area that floods and the water would cause that issue . I wouldn't be here this long if I had that issue
If you don't have a car, there's grocery stores, a bank ATM, library, daycare, nail salons, retail and restaurants within walking distance. However, it is on the bus-line.
Again, they are old apts - the 2br doesn't have W D hookups, but I believe the 3BR do so not the best but FAR from the worst and very affordable.

|Recommended: NoReview From Current Resident. — I have a few main concerns. I’m not able to use my outside storage because inches of water floods into the storage. My neighbor feeds cats and attracts other strays. They climb on my car at night and leave paw prints… this is unacceptable in my opinion.

|Recommended: NoI am reviewing all these reviews and no one is talking about the roach infestation that is here. This place is infested so bad that they are in my refrigerator, oven and my bathroom rampant rental office said they were going to have exterminator come thru and I have not seen a note or anything left stating that someone has entered my apartment. I can't wait until my lease is up to get out of this roach infested place. You complain about the kids in the street and not once did the rental office send a notice out to advise the tenants about paying attention to your kids in the streets and I am not saying teenage kids these are kids, under 6, that need to be supervised by adults. The shootings in the complex happen to often and the past few months there has been so many shootings we only received one note. The Manager is so rude she sits in the office behind closed doors and don't communicate with you. The staff turnaround is horrible there was a new face and he is gone now.
