|Recommended: YesBuilding 564 Apt. 411 — Prperty Manager Rosa is very helpful. Great personality. only improvement I would suggest is Rosa NEEDS to check the messages every day on the portal. Brian from maintenance is excellent. He goes beyond my expectations. There are negatives, 1. Elevators keep breaking down. 2. Monument Corp. needs to increase monthly budget for things needed Pool, Mailboxes, Better lawn and snow removal services, apartment intercom that do not work and the list goes on . Recommending living here yes and no. nice apartments, but prices are outrageous for apartment and for a remodel unit

|Recommended: YesI've been living here many years and I've seen property managers come and go and I have to say Rosa is probably the most helpful that I have ever seen or had to deal with she will do whatever is necessary to get you whatever help you need I believe she is an angel she's helping me so much I couldn't ask for a better person to be in charge of this complex.
