|Recommended: NoMaybe — I would maybe recommend thats not an option so i said no reason being I didn’t get a chance to do a walk threw I wasn’t giving a choice if I wanted a 4th floor unit I looked at a 2nd floor unit which is totally different from my unit the hallway is overly hot as my apartment is they say its a valve for the heat control I haven’t found that yet also my furniture barely fit to get it upstairs I couldn’t use the elevator for all my furniture so yea guess what had to go up the stairs which was hell getting to the 4th floor and I had to throw some away because it all wouldn’t fit in my apartment 😡 so I would say not the worst place to live or the best also they charge you for water gas and other fees.

|Recommended: NoResident — The property is unsafe because the side doors are always unlocked. They are always a lot of people in the hallway of the building where the office is closed. People are entering the building from the back entrance doors of the properties. They always print sticks in cans and bottles in the doorway, so the doors won’t close, as a resident I feel dad the property needs some type of security not only that both of the fronts exit doors need to be locked so then can no one come in and out of those doors also, the door on the back needs to be locked and I think that they should do a better Cleaning of the grounds the parking lot needs to be fixed. They are too many potholes in the parking lot. There’s garbage everywhere cigarette butts everywhere we need someone to keep our grounds clean to make sure our residents feel safe, so if you all need to hire security that needs to take place and we also need better help inside the office for when the residents have an issue

|Recommended: YesMy experience so far with Bartlett Lakes has overall been stellar. The complex is pretty, and I am very pleased with my unit. Laundry isn't far, and you can install your own washer dryer in-unit if you'd prefer. The other tenants I've run into seem friendly, but also respect others' privacy.
My biggest praise has to go to the community manager, Rosa Duarte. After being approved, there were some speedbumps in the process, but she was always understanding, patient, kind, and a great help along the way.
