No where in this area will you find this much space for the amount of rent you pay. I had minor water issues and submitted the request online and maintenance reached out to me the next day.

Is very old, they never replace anything not even the bathroom tub is just painted and after you using you can see peeling sooo grosss, I request to replace it and they say only can be painted again They never clean the air condition
Filter etc. doors are peeling. They never fix the lights outside. I don’t recommend to anyone to move here.

|Recommended: NoThis used to be a semi-decent place to live, now it is just disgusting and the management and maintenance are non-existent. Zero responses with concerns or major issues. The rent is ridiculous for what they TRY to portray. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, you will regret that decision immediately.

|Recommended: NoNeed Help. — Management needs help. You talk to one person about a problem you get a total different answer from somebody else’s. Definitely don’t have 24 hour maintenance and they barely like to respond.

Haven't been able to use pool in 2 years.Parking sucks to many units not enough park but they charge you 35 but don't have reserve space that's a extra 20 55.Manager in office are liars.Dont even have real paint on the walls and don't want to paint.Its like living in high price projects.

|Recommended: NoOverall Property — On any given day trash is spilled over. Maintenance don’t show up when they do they rarely resolve the issues. My place have several huge holes that maintenance made never came back to repair,
I have a smelly dishwasher that nobody came back to repair, my bell doesn’t work and no one has come back to repair.

|Recommended: YesL Love My Unit — The manager, Myla, is a really friendly and accommodating woman. She makes sure I enter the desired unit and walks me through everything. The staff at the leasing office are kind and professional. On-time coming of maintenance addressed the problem. a very peaceful and nice setting.
My biggest issue at the moment is parking. Some days, there are not enough parking spaces. During my first few weeks, I saw people parking in the fire lane and on the side when there was nowhere else to go. On the fourth week at 10 pm., there was no parking spot available, so I parked on the side space. Unfortunately, my car was towed, and I had to call 911 to find out where it was taken. I also had to pay 218 to get my car back.
