The garbage area on the floor is always a mess, especially on weekends, shopping carts in the elevator or literally left in the corridor . The first impression is the Lobby and how it does not look appropriate.

The maintenance staff has been extremely fast on 90 of the maintenance orders I have submitted. I like how everything can be done online, from viewing the leasing documents, to the maintenance orders, to paying rent, all through the portal on their website. Makes things easier for myself and for the building staff.

I have experiences roaches in my apartment that were inherited from the last tenant, garbage regularly left on the floor and grounds of the property, the elevator breaks down at least twice a month and the quality of the cabinets, fixtures and overall structure of the building is poor and very poorly upgraded. I also don't understand why ever floor does not have a set of washers and dryers when the laundry rooms are built into already. The apartments are spacious and the noise level is low for a building with these many apartments but the dirtiness of the grounds and the lack of money that the owners seem to want to invest in upgrading the building is very disappointing.
