|Recommended: YesIt's A Good Place To Live. I Like It Here. — It's nice here, but, the guy upstairs all he does is smoke and spit. There are cigarette butts and match stems all over the ground and in the hedges. Sometimes when I leave or return home all I smell in front of my door is smoke. If you walk by enough you will see him all hours of the day and night sitting on the steps smoking. Sometimes there are little cigar butts and wrappings are on the ground. It would e nice if they would pressure wash the area in front of the door wash away all the green mold. I would like to see some thick green grass in front and not weeds growing the front should look this is the area where people see when they drive up it's suppose to look good. I'm sure if I were to tell the people in the office they would handle this little matter they always do what I ask. They're very nice friendly people. I'm still waiting on my 500 discount and my free rent when I renew my lease. Other than that it's a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesIt Is Ok — The neighbors downstairs are complainers about being able to hear us walking or doing anything in our own apartment. Actually asked me if I would go to bed at a certain time Worse downstairs neighbors ever Love the lay out but need to do something about roaches. Was supposed to be exterminated and I called several times and no one came out ever.
