Our Apartment Manager Inez is excellent she resolves your maintenance issues immediately, She always host events for us the residents and I really enjoy the social nights. Prices are different every month. being charged for sewer, trash, and water for having issues with my apartment from day one bugs inside the ice maker. water runs and its coming out a yellowish color. residents just go thru the gate by the bayou and shoot their guns as if theyre at a gun range
Manager doesnt have a good form of management, or any care at times for tenants.
i chose these apts because at the time was a last mintue decision NEVER AGAIN
THEY ARE JUST ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOTHING MORE OR LESS
