submitted by Victor S. - |Recommended: YesSunset Palms Is Decent — For the most part living here is nice but the noise of the younger folks living in my building late at night you know you can't tell them anything is too much at times. I hear my neighbors the same youth almost every night. Whether it's walking, singing, yelling, I need to get up in the morning and they are not considerate.

Plenty of well lit parking. Lush landscape with swimming pool and basketball courts, also picnic areas on site. Each building has their own laundry rooms, which is kept very clean. Office staff are very professional and friendly. They make you feel welcomed here and willing to assist at all times. Close to major, malls, supermarkets and restaurants. Centrally located to provide easy access to major highways. I gave the Grounds and Overall a 4 star only because the hallways and steps could do with some pressure cleaning. Great place to live.
