|Recommended: NoI'm disgusted with the yelling and all the noise late at night from the pool area. Its constant. I told the supervisor of maintenance and he said theres security here which is a lie. I work at all hours and there is no security here. Theres pot smoking, broken bottles on the basketball courts and in the parking lot but no security. The front office is worried about picking up after your animals but no one is worried about the broken glass. Theres people yelling at all hours here from different apartments and the music is blasting from apartments and from the pool area every other night. I thought this would be a nice place to live but when you work early and can never sleep its no longer worth it.

|Recommended: NoA Place To Lay Your Head. — Lawn is always full of dog poop, neighbors let their dog out loose with no leash, some just open their doors and let their dogs out unatended, neighbor stores their cars covered in the front parking spots even though there are parking rules, front office never answers the phone so you have to alway walk there and find nothing happening inside, picnic tables and grill areas are gross and falling apart, rent increase but no quality increase, building got painted recently, cars are always ripping through the parking lot, neighbors smoke weed in hallways so appartment might smell, and play loud music when in their cars right in front of bedroom windows. Honestly I've been too embarrassed to invite anyone over for a visit.

|Recommended: NoI thought this place would be nice to live since its close to whereI use to live but unfortunately its Not. Its extremely noisy and people here are very unfriendly. The staff worries more about you picking up after your pets then controlling the screaming and loud music coming from the pool area and other apartments. At any time day or night you can smell the marijuana people are smoking in the hallways. Its not a place where you can just relax on your days off. Not everyone has the luxury of being off weekends or even work normal hours. Some people work 24 hours or go in at 3 am in the morning not 9 am but it just seems like no one here cares.

|Recommended: YesVery Quite Community — The apartment complex is very nice and well kept. All the employees are very friendly including the security, valet trash and pest control people. Every neighbor I have met so far has been extremely nice also. There isn't any drama. Nice place to live.

|Recommended: NoThey sent notice of nonrenewal when almost 3 yrs this my home. Ive Never had complaints against me, Im a nurse, i pay my rent. They REFUSE to say why. I even help my elderly neighbor with grocerys and cooking. So instead of focusing work in my hospital i now have to find a new place. They are unprofessional and antagonistic. Not to mention others play very loud music all hours and they get to stay And the rent just keeps changing every month, tagging water and sewer and trash and pest, every month it changes

This has been one hell of rollerc coaster The maintenance man is great SECURITY IS POOR Parking is horrible When you email staff they never responded OMG…. I can go on and on but things will never change
