|Recommended: NoThe infestation of roaches is beyond anything I have ever seen. They are everywhere the kitchen, the bedroom, bathroom and living room. This is not a matter of my housekeeping. This is not something that can be handled by an exterminator with a can of bug spray. I have asked numerous times to have any holes behind appliances blocked. Never happened. The entire building needs to be professionally fumigated.
The maintenance team, led by David, is fantastic but I believe their hands are tied by management.
I just learned a downstairs neighbor and her child were relocated to another unit because of the infestation. When I asked the manager, Amanda, if anyone else in my building was affected, she didn’t respond. No one in the management office has offered me that option not that I would accept it.

Maintenance or the manager that came to do the apartment preventive checks, had broken my tv when they came for the check and I want home for two days. I can't home and tried to turn my tv on and it wouldn't come on the screen is black. I was told there's nothing they can do for me because I can't prove it basically Also my heat didn't work for most of the winter and I had to use space heaters and such.Also they sent maintenance man after maintenance man, probably 6 different men in there to fix my heating which by the way calls for emergency .

Amanda, the manager is a great person who listen and speak with the tenants to make them feel that their issues a heard. The other two ladies in the office are great in supporting and having the same mindset as Amanda. Since I have been here she has been the best property manger yet. Her presents and leadership is a great asset to the betterment of this property. Give her the resources and you will see her as someone who could be a great General manager for the company.
I am not happy about being in an apartment setting, but I am glad I am at this one.

|Recommended: NoWould not recommend living here, first it takes forever and a week for someone to contact you for anything. Application process is a joke. Make you create an account just to pick out a floor model apt. Nothing for actual application to get an apartment. Nor is there anyway of submitting proof of income through this bs portal website. So finally I had to show up on property to submit proof of income that I had ready to do the day of applying. 6hrs later still no contact stating I'm qualified or not for the apartment.

RENTAL FEES CHANGE WITH THE LEASE TERM.
Found out by changing lease terms.
Advertising low rent for short terms Jack up the price for normal lease terms.
