Monument Real Estate Services Acquires New Management Assignment - The Pines of Wilmington

WILMINGTON, N.C. (Feb. 25, 2019) – Monument Capital Management, an A-Rod CORP company and one of the country’s premier fully integrated real estate investment firms, has announced the acquisition of The Pines of Wilmington apartment community in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Located at 1002 Mayflower Drive, the garden-style property is comprised of 233 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with balconies and patio areas and spans across 13, two-story buildings. Situated in close proximity to Historic Downtown Wilmington, and both Carolina and Wrightsville Beaches, The Pines of Wilmington is also conveniently located near Wilmington’s shopping and dining destinations.
