    Jaime Rauscher, Chief Operating Officer

    Jaime joined Monument in 2016 as vice president of operations and was named chief operating officer in April, 2017. In addition to leading the Marketing, Operations, and Construction teams, Jaime is the established leader of the organization’s strategic direction and the implementation of the company growth initiatives across the platform. Prior to joining Monument in 2016, she served as regional vice president for CF Lane, where she was responsible for the direct oversight of due diligence and subsequent business plan development of all owned and third party assets, as well as overseeing the implementation of value-add business plans for a portfolio that included approximately 9,000 multi-family units and a manufactured housing division with 2,000 homes throughout the country. Jaime has been active in multifamily for over 20 years and her previous corporate roles, combined with her industry accomplishments will support the platform for the future mission and vision of Monument Real Estate Services.

     

    Ginny Decker, Vice President of Business Operations

    Ginny Decker is Vice President of Business Operations for Monument Real Estate Services (MRES). Bringing more than 20 years of real estate management experience with portfolios throughout the Southeast U.S., she is responsible for developing national vendor partnerships, ancillary services and implementation of initiatives and procedures for MRES. Before joining MRES, Ms. Decker held regional and district senior management positions for Equity Residential and Empirian Property Management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and previously served as Legislative Committee Chair and Director of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. 

    Lesly Jones, Vice President of Marketing & Leasing

    Lesly Jones joined Monument in 2017 as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing. With her more than two decades of experience, Jones will be responsible for overseeing and developing marketing services as well as delivering branding and marketing results. She will also support the marketing services provided to the regional property managers and their on-site teams. Jones is also expected to manage the development and implementation of several key initiatives. Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Jones served as regional property manager at Pegasus Residential. Lesly Jones also worked as regional manager and director of marketing at Drucker and Falk LLC and president at Platinum Realty Services as well as roles at Merry Land Properties and Cornerstone Realty Income Trust. Monument’s new vice president of marketing and leasing holds various certifications and designations including Regional Manager of the Year, Charleston Apartment Association Diamond Award 2015 and the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Manager.

     

    Carey Dougherty, Vice President of Operations

    Cary joined Monument in May 2017 as Vice President of Operations. Carey brings more than 35 years of experience in property management and real estate, Dougherty will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in support of the execution of the firm’s strategy. In this role, Dougherty will be working with a leadership team of individuals which oversees 60 apartment communities across ten states. Prior to joining the firm, Dougherty was president of property management at Elite Street Capital, where she developed all property management company policies and procedures designed for corporate and onsite levels. Previously, Dougherty served as vice president of operations at Invitation Homes and Western regional vice president at Cottonwood Residential.

     

    Alisha Huntsinger, Vice President of Operations

    Alisha joined Monument in June of 2017 as Vice President of Operations. Alisha hold 13 years of experience in property management in a diverse array of assets. Alisha will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in support of the execution of the firm’s strategy. In this role, Huntsinger will be working with a leadership team of individuals which oversees 25 communities across six states. Huntsinger’s prior experience encompassed affordable housing from project based section 8, Hope six, public housing, LIHTC as well as conventional housing from Luxury, student housing, mixed use and work force housing. In her previous roles, she developed best practices for both site level and the executive level teams. Alisa holds certifications through the National Association of Home Builders as well as NAHMA and has held positions on multiple boards that work to improve the lives of at risk families and youth.

     

    Scott Nelson, Director of Construction

    Scott Nelson joined Monument Real Estate Services as Director of Construction, in June of 2016, with 25 years of experience in the construction industry, covering both multifamily and commercial construction. Mr. Nelson is responsible for due diligence activities, capital and renovation construction related projects for the firm’s portfolio throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Mr. Nelson held the role of Director of Construction at Bell Partners, responsible for a team of construction managers and project superintendents, managing all due diligence, construction and renovations for Bell Fund portfolios, in excess of 50 communities ranging from Boston to Florida to Texas. Mr. Nelson has previously held project manager and development manager roles in multifamily builder and commercial development companies, having started his multifamily career with AvalonBay.

     

    Melissa Dominguez, Vice President of Human Resources

    Melissa Dominguez joined Monument Real Estate Services in June 2017. She is an accomplished and licensed HR professional with almost 10 years of experience within the construction sector. With Monument, she will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of human resources across the U.S. In her role, she will be implementing human resource management strategies that will enable Monument Real Estate Services to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry while building a culture of engagement. In her past leadership roles, she has had extensive experience leading organizational transformations such as these, for companies whose revenues topped $350 million. We look forward to the ground-breaking solutions we will accomplish together with her arrival.
