No resolve on complaintssubmitted by Glen - |Recommended: NoIf your looking for affordable living with alot of compromise...this is it. Complaints about neighbors that get hardly any attention. Violations of lease agreement, pertaining to one bedroon occupancy laws by other residents 2 1 rule, meaning 2 adults one child ...my building alone houses families that violate this 2 adults 2 children, 2 adults 3 children in a 650sqft apartment and nothing gets done about it. Laundry facilities are dirty, with only 2 washers and 2 driers for 12 units. Rotting drywall and badly corroded electrical outlets powering stove and refrigerator. Warped cabinet paneling from previous water damage. Kids running freely up and down hallways as well as within there units at all hours of the day and night , constantly banging, and jumping...with the occasional banging on my living room window garden apartment . Basically if you choose to live here, get a top floor unit, and insist on seeing the actual unit you'll be moving into prior to signing anything.

Horriblesubmitted by Anonymous - |Recommended: NoStaff not helpful they attack you for any little thing. They don't work with you on your needs. When you have a complaint they take months to fix it. I would not recommend this apart to anyone.

Not a great experiencesubmitted by Michael Z. - |Recommended: NoStay away from building 9 on Cottonwood. The third floor neighbors are inconsiderate and obnoxiously loud. If you are looking for a place to come home to to relax do not select a second floor apartment in building 9. Be wary of selecting an apartment on the ground floor as it flooded within the past year. There is usually garbage outside and the parking lot will occasionally have broken glass. You can find an apartment with better amenities in the area for the same price of what they are now asking for rent.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback Michael. We would like to apologize for the experience that you've had with our community. We strive for five star service so please let us know if there is anything specific we can do to improve your satisfaction.
Unprofessional, unfriendlysubmitted by Ozgur O. - |Recommended: NoLimited parking lots, rent is expensive. Re modelling is needed.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback Ozgur. We strive to make sure our residence enjoy their experience living here. Please let us know if there is anything specific we can do to improve your satisfaction at the Residences at 1550.
I really like it.submitted by Lydia R. - |Recommended: YesThat it is quiet,more so then I thought.
response from property -Thank you for your review Lydia and thank you for calling The Residences at 1550 home!
Renewal of Failuresubmitted by Rickie L. - |Recommended: NoBe prepared for parking issues depending on what time you come home. The washer and dryer are constantly breaking. Safety isn't a concern with iced over steps and building lights out. You'll find the occasional building door stuck open, so I hope you don't have a stalker. This will be the last time we renew with this complex. Maintainance is understaffed and the office is a joke when you try communicating with the guy near the main office door. Stacy and Manny are probably the only two on property that cares about what goes on and truly understand frustrations. Still trying to figure out why the rent is so high.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback Rickie. We would like to apologize for the experience that you've had with our community overall. Please let us know if there is anything specific we can do to improve your satisfaction at the Residences at 1550.
Average customer service provided by management. Below average community upkeep.submitted by Tyler R. - |Recommended: NoThe appearance and upkeep of the community is not in good shape. There is an abundance of trash scattered across the property, and residents don't clean up after their pets. The communal areas within the buildings are not adequately cleaned and maintained. The workout facility is unsanitary and needs a deep clean, as well as means for the community to clean up after themselves. There have been policy changes, and action required by residents, that management requires an unreasonable turn around time for. You can't give residents only 5 buisness days to alter their insurance policies without the threat of a financial consequence.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback Tyler. We would like to apologize for the experience that you've had with our community overall. Please let us know if there is anything specific we can do to improve your satisfaction at the Residences at 1550.
