The staff that work in the office are so friendly and accommodating They're always answering questions and they take the time to really get to know you, not just as a tenant, but as a person. Maintenance requests are answered pretty quickly. A lot of the people that live here are friendly. Ty, in the office, is especially awesome She's always so nice and helpful when I need it. I love calling The Element home

Amazing first apartmentsubmitted by Asiah C. - |Recommended: Yesthis is my first apartment since moving out on my own and i just want to say everyone who helped me in the leasing office throughout my whole expierence made it so easy and painless. ive been here almost 2 1 2 months now and i love the quick response and understanding that i recieve if i do have any issues or problems. even the maintence man tyrone goes above and beyond to make sure any work orders or problems throughout the apartment big or small he gets the job done. would recommend if your looking for anyone specific to talk to when coming to the element definitely work with TY she was amazing from beginning to end and still is amazing now that ive moved here with any communication love my apartment complex

Horrible Experiencesubmitted by Madeleine M. - |Recommended: NoI don't even know where to begin. From the moment I moved in, there were issues. On day one I got to my apartment and the shower head was missing and the doorknob was on the wrong side of the door. I had to call maintenance to fix this. Additionally, the floors are incredibly uneven and not leveled. Already major red flags. While the building is supposed to be smoke-free, I would often smell smoke in the building and this would permeate my apartment. Sometimes it was cigarette smoke, other times it was marijuana. Fast forward to four months later and I ended up having issues with the parking lot. Not only are there potholes everywhere, but the staff failed to salt the parking lot and the sidewalks. My car ended up getting stuck on the ice and I nearly slipped on the sidewalk I'm sure many other residents also encountered this hazard . I ended up sending an email and was informed that they had already salted the road there was absolutely no way this was true . But what do you know...after I complained I discovered a few hours later that the sidewalk and parking lot had been miraculously salted. Additionally, the staff decided to add a new service called Trash Butler, which is essentially a valet service for your trash. They did not notify residents of this until the day before it was implemented AND they charge extra. I am perfectly capable of carrying my own trash outside. Another change they made was adding more secure locks okay, I'll give them a few points for this attempt . However, they expected me to come and pick up the keys during a holiday weekend, otherwise, I would have to wait until the following week. Well, that was a ridiculous request since I needed a way to get into my apartment but the main office was closed. I asked them to place the new key in my mailbox and they refused. Thankfully, my roommate was able to pick up the key.

It' clean and efficient though the parking lots have a few potholessubmitted by Beatriz O. - |Recommended: YesI like living here because maintenance is quick to respond, the apartments are clean, and the rent is reasonable. There is always a spot to park and the owners are always trying to throw cute little community events that I think is really nice, though better timing would work more for me. There are a couple pot holes in the parking lot on the Linnemann street entrance that have been there for a year now.

Thin Walls but Great Staffsubmitted by Alyson A. - |Recommended: YesOverall great. Some noisy neighbors recently moved in but the office has been very swift in dealing with them. In the garden level, very easy to hear footsteps and other noise from above as walls ceilings are very thin. The back entrances could be better maintained. Lots of weeds and glass in road, people leaving junk on the outside of the doors like old chairs, mostly near the Linneman Rd entrance. Massive potholes located on the Linneman Rd entrance that really need fixing.
